Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AdoreNWA.com (“AdoreNWA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by H William Odyssey, LLC. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use AdoreNWA.
1. What AdoreNWA is — and is not
AdoreNWA is a lead-referral and directory platform that connects Northwest Arkansas homeowners with independent home-service professionals (“Pros”). AdoreNWA does not perform home services, does not employ Pros, and is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a Pro. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, licensing, timing, or outcome of any work. Any hiring decision and any contract for services is solely between the homeowner and the Pro.
2. For homeowners
- When you submit a request, you authorize us to share your contact information and request details with one or more Pros so they can contact you.
- You are responsible for vetting, hiring, and contracting with any Pro. We encourage you to confirm licensing, insurance, and references directly.
- There is no charge to homeowners for submitting a request.
3. For home-service Pros
- You are an independent business, solely responsible for your own licensing, insurance, permits, taxes, employees, and the services you perform. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with AdoreNWA.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to serve customers professionally. AdoreNWA may review, approve, decline, or remove Pros at its discretion, but does not guarantee or endorse any Pro.
4. Lead purchases and payments (Pros)
Leads are sold on a pay-per-lead basis. When a matching request comes in, you may choose to purchase it at the price shown. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and by paying you authorize the charge for that lead.
A single lead may be offered to a limited number of Pros (the number depends on the lead type). Purchasing a lead does not guarantee exclusivity unless expressly stated.
Because a lead delivers the homeowner’s contact information immediately upon payment, lead purchases are non-refundable once the lead details are released. A purchase is not a guarantee that the homeowner will respond, hire you, or that any job will result. If a lead contains materially inaccurate contact information, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
5. Text messaging
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages as described at sign-up and in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false information, using leads or contact data for spam or unlawful purposes, reselling leads, or interfering with the operation of the service.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that leads will result in jobs, that Pros will meet your needs, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdoreNWA and H William Odyssey, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any dispute, act, or omission between homeowners and Pros. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdoreNWA and H William Odyssey, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your services, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
