AdoreNWA.com (“AdoreNWA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by H William Odyssey, LLC, connects homeowners in Northwest Arkansas with independent home-service professionals (“Pros”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
By using AdoreNWA.com or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Homeowners: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and details about the service you request.
- Home-service Pros: your name, business name, phone number, email, trade, service area, and any details you provide.
- Consent records: when you opt in to text messages, we record your consent, the date, the version of the consent language you agreed to, and your IP address.
- Payment information: Pros pay for leads through our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe — we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Automatically collected: IP address and basic technical data from our website host and form provider.
2. How we use your information
- To match homeowners with relevant Pros and deliver leads.
- To contact you by email and, with your consent, by text message.
- To process lead payments from Pros.
- To operate, improve, and secure the platform.
3. How we share your information
- Between users of the platform: When you submit a homeowner request, your contact information and request details are shared with one or more vetted Pros so they can reach out to you. That is the core purpose of AdoreNWA, and by submitting a request you consent to this sharing.
- Service providers that help us operate, including: Stripe (payments), our website host, our workflow-automation provider, our text-messaging provider, and Google (records). These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the platform.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
Text messaging is opt-in. You choose to receive texts by checking the consent box on our form. Message types include job leads, network updates, and account communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS consent — will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you signed up for and is not shared for marketing purposes with anyone.
5. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe option or contact us.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email us to request a copy of, correct, or delete your information.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent records are retained as long as required to document your opt-in.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
AdoreNWA is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
